1. How do I subscribe to the newsletter or cancel my subscription?

You can subscribe online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you prefer to pay by purchase order, wire transfer, or U.S. check, please contact

2. Why does the subscription form ask me to create a login and password?

 Subscribers use their login names and passwords to download the latest newsletter, and to access archived newsletters. This helps protect the value of investing in our newsletter. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve your password here.

3. Why did I get an error message when I tried to submit my information?

Please contact with your name and email address. We will respond promptly. In the interim, don’t hit the submit button more than once; it may charge your card multiple times.

4. Do you offer group subscription rates?

We do offer special rates for groups, and many of our current subscribers are groups from tech transfer organizations, universities and other associations. For a group of 10 to 100, the rate is $195/person per year (24 issues).
