Pam Watkins
Pam Watkins is Vice President of Business Strategy for M/C/C, a marketing communications agency in Dallas. She provides strategic counsel to clients and drives the strategy and business development of M/C/C.
Before M/C/C, Pam spent 12 years at CMP Media, a leading technology media company. As Group President of the Technology Solutions Group, she provided strategic direction for “Computer Reseller News” and “VARBusiness” magazines, several websites and the group’s research and conference businesses. She also directed sales and marketing activities for “Telephony” magazine, a key telecommunications market publication.
During her publishing career, Pam worked amidst the brightest minds in the world’s most successful technology companies. She was actively involved in the development, growth and change of technology markets – from the divestiture of AT&T to the dot com boom. She knows what business practices work and how to develop strategies for solid, stable growth.
A graduate of University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Pam is active in the Metroplex Technology Business Council and is a board member of Big Thought, A Learning Partnership. She has been a frequent speaker at seminars, conferences and technology events.
